We believe that making disciples is the key mission of the modern day church. In the Christian context, a disciple is a learner, a student and a follower of Jesus Christ.  According to 1st John, a disciple has to have a personal encounter with God, be transformed and enforce the new life from sin to grace, enjoy God's word through studying and journaling through the Bible, someone who is involved and  engaged in the local church and be empowered to evangelise the gospel to those around them. To achieve this, the Discipleship 360 program takes believers and disciples them in a community of faith by teaching, modelling and fellowship through one on one discipling and discussions in small connect groups. Discipleship 360 is an initiative designed to equip believers to move from spiritual infancy to embracing their call and commission to make disciples. Connect Groups are the lifeline of the church. Meeting weekly or fortnightly, choose from a variety of connect groups to build relationships throughout the week. These small groups are a safe place to grow and learn God’s word on a deeper level. Our Connect Groups are based throughout Brisbane and ranges from language-based (bilingual) to different life stage phases that cater for university students, working professionals, youths, married couples, families, seniors and working holiday visitors. ​Water baptism is a 'rite of passage' for Christians who wish to make a public confession of their faith in and personal commitment to Christ. In the Bible, Jesus himself was baptised, and many followers were baptised to declare their faith and transformed lives. Baptism is also a step of obedience to Christ.
